I have a BSc & PhD in Physics and carried out aerospace research for 11 years. For 7 years I taught Numeracy, Literacy and Science in a primary school. I home educated my daughter up to and including A levels. She received 4 x A* grades in Physics, Maths, Further Maths and Chemistry.

I’m an experienced private tutor and have been described as "kind, encouraging, patient and very understanding". I teach all ages, up to mature adults, and have experience at teaching students with dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia and maths phobics.

My tutorials are relaxed and friendly, to maximise learning. In this supportive environment my students get excellent results.

I teach in my own home and online. I have enhanced DBS certificates. I tutor through prestigious tutoring agencies, but am able to offer lower rates when contacted directly.
